Devotion Launches Clean Water Borehole Project to Combat Pakistan’s Water Crisis
Devotion has officially launched its Clean Water Borehole Project, a transformative initiative aimed at providing sustainable access to safe drinking water in underserved communities across Pakistan.
With over 80% of the population facing limited access to clean water, particularly in rural areas, this project addresses one of the country’s most pressing challenges. The initiative will focus on installing deep boreholes in regions including Islamabad, پنجاب, and خیبر پختونخوا, ensuring long-term access to safe and reliable water sources.
Each borehole, drilled to depths of 100–400 feet, will be equipped with modern submersible pumps and basic filtration systems. These installations are designed to serve 100–300 individuals per site and operate efficiently for over 20 years with minimal maintenance.
