Clean Water Initiative – Borehole Development Project

Devotion’s Clean Water Initiative – Borehole Development Project is a sustainable effort to provide safe and reliable drinking water to underserved communities across Islamabad, Punjab, and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Addressing the growing water crisis, the project focuses on drilling deep boreholes (100–400 feet) equipped with submersible pumps and basic filtration systems to ensure long-term access to clean water.

Each borehole is designed to serve 100–300 individuals for over 20 years, significantly reducing waterborne diseases such as cholera, typhoid, and hepatitis. By minimizing the burden of water collection—especially for women and children the initiative also promotes better health, education, and economic productivity, creating a lasting positive impact on community development.
