Madrasa Teachers Training Program

Devotion has devised a distinctive training program for the teaching, education and direction of the teachers of Madrasas. The specific aim and objective of this program is to build the capacity of teachers from different Madrasas through imparting trainings on Advanced Teaching Techniques. Another purpose of this program is to sensitize the Madrasa Teachers about the importance of creating harmony and balance in what is called as typical Madrasa Curriculum and the other advanced subjects as computers, communication sciences, literature and social sciences etc. For this, Team Devotion has had several meetings with different Madrasas in Rawalpindi and Islamabad in which the teachers and administration of these Madrasas were given the orientation of Devotion’s “Madrasa Teachers Training Program”. As an outcome of these meetings, Devotion conducted “Training Workshop on Advanced Teaching Techniques.” Team Devotion helped to increase Madrasa youth’s English language proficiency and critical thinking skills so that they become more productive members of the community. After training they will be able
to use these new skills to improve their future education or employment opportunities.
