Devotion has launched the Empowering Youth (EY) Program, a distinctive training initiative aimed at uplifting young individuals from disadvantaged backgrounds across Pakistan; specifically targeting youth aged 15–29, the program provides comprehensive training in English language proficiency, professional skills, and entrepreneurial acumen to enhance their capacities and equip them with the necessary tools to access higher education and competitive job markets, thereby fostering economic empowerment and social mobility; to realize these objectives, Team Devotion has established collaborations with esteemed educational institutions such as Ibadat International University in Islamabad, Adan Institute of Technology at Fazal Technology Park in Islamabad’s I-9 sector, MA Jinnah Grammar High School on Rohtas Road in Jhelum City, and Dar-e-Arqam College near National Bank on G.T. Road in Sohawa, Jhelum, and through these partnerships, structured after-school English language instruction programs and professional development activities tailored to meet the specific needs of the participants have been organized; the EY Program encompasses a range of interactive and immersive activities, including intensive language instruction, industry site visits, interactive sessions with industry professionals, guest lectures, and technology camps, all meticulously designed to provide participants with practical exposure and hands-on experience, enhancing their communication skills and critical thinking abilities; as a result of these efforts, the youth involved in the program have demonstrated significant improvements in their English language proficiency and overall confidence, and Team Devotion has effectively helped them acquire new skills that are instrumental in improving their future educational prospects and employment opportunities, so after completing the training, these young individuals are better equipped to become productive members of the community, contributing positively to society and the economy.
